Terms of Use
The rules governing access to and use of the Operator platform.
Acceptance
By accessing or using the Operator platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and enterprise customers.
Platform Access
Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business operations, subject to these Terms and any applicable Order or Subscription Agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@onoperator.com of any unauthorised access.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
- Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties without prior written consent from Operator.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Operator platform — including its rules engine, automation logic, AI systems, and all related intellectual property — remain exclusively with Wheelwise Inc. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any Operator intellectual property to you.
You retain full ownership of the workflow configurations, rules, and business data you input into the Service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Operator in the twelve months prior to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Operator does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, though we maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for enterprise-tier customers.
Termination
Either party may terminate access to the Service upon 30 days' written notice. Operator may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will provide a data export window of 30 days.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
